AGES: 5 to 22
TIME: Fridays, 7:00pm to 9:00pm 
COST: Only $15 members and $18 non-members
REQUIREMENTS: Children under 18 must be registered by a parent/guardian. Guardians may leave after registration as long as there is a guardian cell phone number and waiver on file. Pre-registration is recommended.

No School Rulz!

VA Techniques is here to keep your child(ren) active and engaged on these days off from school! Don't have them sitting at home all day!
Open to students Kindergarten to 8th grade!
Register them to spend the day with us enjoying gymnastics, games, obstacle courses and crafts! 
Cost is $62 per child, per day!

No School Rulz will be held:
Friday, Feb. 9th
Monday, Feb. 19th
Wednesday, March 13th
Wednesday, April 24th
Register for all 4 days at once for a reduced package price of $225!

Friday Nite FOCUS!
Open to USAG registered athletes only!
Competitive gymnasts training levels 3-10 and Xcel Silver & up will have an opportunity to work in small groups perfecting skills with team coaches on vault, bars, beam, and floor.

AGES: 6 to 18
TIME: Fridays, 7:00pm to 9:00pm 
COST: Only $30 members and $45 non-members
REQUIREMENTS: Participants must USAG competitive gymnasts. Children under 18 must be registered by a parent/guardian. Guardians may leave after registration as long as there is a guardian cell phone number and waiver on file. To maintain small ratios, total number of participants will be limited based on the number of team coaches available.
